To ensure quality instruction, mentoring and individual guidance, class size is limited (smaller than 20 at any given time, most other schools have large classes). Small classes promote class participation and allow students to bond with each other. It is important to learn not just from the teachers, but from peers as well. The small class size allows everyone to feel like part of a team. This facilitates creative learning and enhances innovative teaching. Learning takes place both formally and informally.
