iChange Therapy is a specialized process developed by iHealth Center for Integrated Wellness to facilitate change. After years of work in health promotion, we have learned that knowledge (health education), and even a willing attitude, does not lead enough people to change their behaviors.
iChange Therapy employs simple yet effective techniques. Clinical hypnotherapy is used to reprogram negative memories and emotions embedded in your subconscious mind. It is this negative energy that perpetuates unhealthy behaviors in spite of your attempts to change. The reprogramming creates a solid foundation for positive, beneficial changes. Life Enhancement Training (LET) then teaches you new behaviors and communication skills to replace the old behaviors and support the new you. Finally, the principles of Feng Shui are applied to help you create living and working spaces that support those changes.
iChange Therapy is a comprehensive process. It promotes a sense of being recovered rather than putting you in recovery. The term iChange is derived from the ancient Chinese text, the I Ching (the Book of Changes).
Can You Change?
Many people desire change in their lives. It is probably what drew you to our site. But, change is not easy. If you are like most people, you know what you need to change and how to do it. But, when you attempt to change, it is only temporary; you eventually return to your original behaviors.
The challenge is that you make changes only on the outside.
You do what you think you are supposed to do.
You make other people happy.
You try to fit in.
You measure yourself by someone elses ruler.
When you only change on the outside, it is an uncomfortable sensation.
You long for familiar habits.
Or you fear you will backslide.
You do not feel any better about yourself when change occurs only on the outside. You are the same person inside regardless of those changes.
This is true of anything you want to change.
You can always get a new job, but for most people that's just a change in geography.
The iChange process begins by asking what you want to change. But that is not our primary concern. The change you desire on the outside signals a more significant need on the inside. That is where we begin. Once the need on the inside is addressed, you may or may not have the same desires for outward change.
iChange Therapy is effective and sustainable. Integration of healthy change inside and out directs your whole being toward the same objective. There is no need for discomfort. There is no need to look back. There is no fear of the future. You are not in recovery; you are fully recovered and ready to move forward with your life.
Integrated Wellness requires one more step. We teach you how to communicate with people and re-arrange things in your environment in ways that support your changes. So, not only are you recovered from whatever was ailing you, but you reconfigure your lifestyle and relationships to be consistent with the new you.
Change is Change is Change
What you want to change may be a bad habit, an addiction, or a negative behavior. It may be affecting your relationships, productivity, or simply your happiness. It may be an obvious problem or just a sense of being stuck. Whatever it is, your mind interprets it as stress.
Stress is a negative form of energy that leads to problems. A problem is anything you interpret as making you unhappy or causing stress. In other words, negative energy inside causes outside problems you desire to change. Think about it. A person you know to be centered, happy and carefree experiences a serious illness yet remains upbeat, positive or goal-oriented throughout the setback. Whereas, another person experiencing the same illness; whom you know to be unhappy, cynical or high-strung; becomes angry and distressed throughout their ordeal. It is all a matter of perspective arising from inside.

iChange Therapy
iChange Therapy gets you unstuck. The intent is to help you become the healthy and happy person you want to be. Clinical hypnotherapy is used to release blocked energies and convert detrimental energies (fear) into positive energies (love). Life Enhancement Training then teaches you skills to maintain your newfound sense of health and happiness. Finally, the principles of Feng Shui are employed to create harmonious spaces that support the new healthier and happier you. The integration of clinical hypnotherapy, Life Enhancement Training and Feng Shui effectively facilitates and supports changes contributing to a life transformation.
iChange is based on Dr. Kweethai's iHealth Model for Integrated Wellness. Integrated wellness refers to a state of health that balances mind, body and spirit. Because body and mind are traditionally emphasized in healthcare, iHealth puts Spirit first. The "i" in iHealth represents integrated, or whole. The "i" means you, the individual, have to take responsibility. When you attain the life you desire, the little "i" changes to a big I, meaning youhave aligned your inner light with the universal Light.
