IEM places you in touch with external energies that support the internal Qi (chi or life-force) of your well-being. IEM integrates deep tissue massage, acupressure and hot stones (optional) to promote harmonious energy flow.

Adrienne Grathwohl, LMT
Ms. Adrienne is a 2002 graduate of the North Texas Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Lewisville, Texas. She has provided massage services in a medical spa, corporate fitness facilities and a chiropractic center. Before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist she had a long corporate career, where she developed extensive people skills. Ms. Adrienne’s kind and intuitive energies lend themselves well to the iHealth mission of helping and healing. She has worked closely with Dr. Kweethai to develop the unique iHealth Energy Massage; which integrates deep tissue massage, reflexology, and acupressure with breath work. When performed in the Feng Shui-correct environment of the Studio of Harmony, the result is a profound experience of peace and relaxation. Ms. Adrienne’s work is all about YOU. An atmosphere or order and quiet allows you to fully and completely take in harmonious energies.
Ms. Adrienne is a knowledgeable and intuitive professional. During the session she is grounded, centered, and particularly skilled at tuning in to your energies to help them flow.
