Life Enhancement Training (LET) is directed at implementing behavior changes that emerge from hypnotherapy. Most behavior changes replace bad habits you wanted to be rid of. Such changes require time to become new habits. During that time you face old triggers in your environment and among friends and acquaintances. LET provides skills needed to resist such triggers and sustain positive changes. That usually requires you to re-arrange your environment, learn to communicate in new ways, and practice new lifestyle skills.
